I guess nobody told Baojun Yuan, 76, that he was too old to learn something new. Yuan, member of the China Senior Photographers Association, started learning photoshop at age 60 and soon was restoring people’s photos at no charge. These photos show he has truly mastered the art of photo restoration no matter how damaged the original photo.

Hey Carl, he’s based in China and does the work for Chinese residents who don’t have the money to pay for photo restoration. Sure you can find someone in the US!
